Culmination Bio is a data and discovery organization focused on improving health care. Our motto is “discover better health.” We leverage multimodal data, including omics-level data, clinical data, images, and more, as inputs within our proprietary intelligence platform to deliver novel discoveries.
Omics-level data is foundational for explaining and predicting health outcomes. By understanding omics-level data, we can intervene and defer diseases from manifesting.
We partner with industry-leading organizations that are searching for novel therapeutic targets and performance data on their existing products.

Culmination Bio was built to expand on the success of Intermountain Health’s precision medicine efforts by creating longitudinal multi-modal data sets. Our powerful insights platform will unlock the next generation of discoveries to advance healthcare. Along with our partners, our shared mission is to discover better health for patients everywhere. Our partnership with Intermountain Health has enabled us to build a platform that will change how we identify and implement novel clinical insights to benefit patients.
We have a great deal of excitement surrounding our Culmination Intelligence Platform. At its core, the platform is a multimodal data asset comprising hundreds of thousands of unique cases with millions of individual data points. The data types include anonymized and de-identified pathology data, pharmacy data, laboratory data, diagnostic tests, genomic and proteomic data, clinical data, and imaging data.
Developing streamlined de-identified data formatted into individual patient journeys allows us to observe and hypothesize how an individual's health care has been delivered and their outcomes. Furthermore, we consolidate these findings into related and linked outcomes, resulting in real-world data that may have a substantial impact on care process models for hospital systems and private clinics alike.
One aspect of business that motivates us daily is developing new therapeutics for diseases that don’t have available therapies. We are diligently working to develop novel drug targets. In addition to drug targets, we aim to develop new diagnostic tests that help patients with accurate diagnoses, which lead to better and faster treatment. We intend to amalgamate these two distinct processes and co-develop, with our healthcare partners, advanced, real-world care process models that define how to manage patients with certain conditions that yield superior outcomes.
