McCall (Chandler) Rowley is currently the VP of Finance of Shared Services and Ventures at Intermountain Healthcare.

She is also the interim Chief Financial Officer for Culmination Bio. She is responsible for directing and coordinating the finance operations within Shared Support Services, Clinical Shared Services and Clinical Operations, and Ventures and consolidated entities, including Culmination Bio. As part of her responsibilities, she plays a critical role in working with functions within Support Services that are involved in integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions and scaling operations to support our growing organization.

McCall joined Intermountain over ten years ago and has held roles in Accounting, Finance, and Strategy. She earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Utah.  Prior to joining Intermountain Healthcare, McCall worked in public accounting at KPMG LLP for over nine years in various positions and was an Audit Senior Manager before joining Intermountain. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Utah.

McCall is actively involved in several professional organizations, including being a graduate of the 2021 finance fellowship class with the Health Management Academy. She is a past president of the Utah chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and is a past president of the Utah Women’s Association of CPAs. In addition, McCall recently graduated from Intermountain’s Executive Development Program in April 2022.

In her free time, McCall enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband, two stepsons, and daughter-in-law as well as her two nephews. She enjoys playing golf, and tennis, reading novels, and traveling.
